Fabrication engineering

Welded assemblies built to hold their geometry

Frames, weldments, and sheet metal assemblies demand more than a drawing that closes. We engineer cutting, bending, joining, and post-weld steps together so the finished part holds alignment and survives production.

Design for the shop floor

We review bend sequences, joint access, and tolerance stack-up before release. A weldment that fits on screen but cannot be fixtured, welded, and checked is not finished.

Control heat and distortion

Weld sequence, fixturing, and fit-up discipline keep alignment within specification. We plan for heat input and post-weld machining so critical datums stay where the drawing needs them.

How we work

From cut to checked assembly

01 Cut

Laser, plasma, or shear profiles are checked against nesting and grain direction before any forming begins.

02 Form

Bend allowances and springback are set from the actual tooling so formed flanges land where the model expects.

03 Fit-up

Parts are clamped into fixtures that hold datums and gaps through the welding sequence.

04 Validate

Weld joints and finished dimensions are inspected against the drawing before finishing and release.
